Difficult times usually challenge us on every level. Quarantines and cancellations and the unknown are scary things. We have faced a lot of scary things in 2020, but there is good news mixed in all the unknown.
How can we stay happy during troubling times? This is a pretty complicated question but it has some pretty easy answers. The University of North Carolina published an in-depth study about how people can maintain a positive outlook even during the most difficult times.

Appreciation of the things you have rather than dwelling on your challenges will create a much happier outlook. We all have things to be thankful for.
