Coach Tory Acheson and Coach Don McKinlay are the principles behind Fastpitch Prep. Both are former college coaches and are now full time instructors. Coach Tory also coaches travel teams. Since retiring from collegiate coaching they have committed to producing educational materials to help fastpitch players of all ages and their parents and coaches. The Everything Fastpitch Podcast, Blog and YouTube Channel are available for the fastpitch softball community.
Use the discs to evaluate how the point of contact impacts the flight of the ball. They give the hitter immediate feedback if they are square at contact.
