Mommy/Daddy Dearest

Wire clothes hangers…

Some of you will get this reference, others maybe not. Anyway, the point isn’t just another “crazy parent” rant, just another opportunity to offer some advice that will make all of our lives happier at the ball park.

  • Are you constantly complaining about coaching decisions?

  • Are you constantly yelling at the umpires?

  • Are you creating/involved in ballpark gossip?

  • Are you creating team drama?

  • Are you constantly on your kid about their performance?

  • Are you constantly correcting your kids mistakes?

  • Are you expecting your kid to play perfectly?

  • Are you consistently angry, bitter or negative?

If you answered yes to any of these questions…

You are the problem!

A friend of mine always says that when you are in a room of people and you can’t tell who the jerk is, it’s probably you.

Clarity is an amazing thing!
